British layouts at Modellbahn Süd, Stuttgart

Thursday - Sunday 21st - 24th November 2002

Eight clubs were guests of the Bundesverband Deutscher Eisenbahn-Freunde e.V. to exhibit ten layouts to represent british railway modelling at BDEF's international model railway show Modellbahn Süd in Stuttgart

The layouts were as follows:

Priory Hill - an N-gauge layout from St. Neots MRC

Uplyme - a 3 mm (TT) layout from Basingstoke & North Hants MRS

"HW Yard" a small O gauge layout, set in S. London in early 1960's, from Basingstoke & North Hants MRS

"Brunswick" a micro demonstration layout in Britsh 2mm/ft fine scale, Basingstoke & North Hants MRS

Tafsil - an O-gauge layout from Barry and Penarth MRC

Ecclesford Junction - an OO-gauge layout from Pendle Forest MRS

Ghylldale - an OOe gauge layout from John Varley

Ferring - a P4 scale layout from Mike Ball of the Epsom & Ewell MRC

East Lynn - an S-gauge layout by Trevor Nunn of the S Scale MRS

Grove Ferry - an OO-gauge layout from Terry Whitling of Ashford MRC
